Eurorail Tekpanel in 15mm allows the possibility to manufacture in large dimensions, and together with incorporated ramps gives a smooth transition.

Special round door system for people with disabilities bathroom. The door is installed in the Italian intercity Ferrovie dello Stato train.

The solution of plywood flooring was chosen to execute this project and respect the technical specifications.
EMU 21eV – Estonia partition walls, technical cabinets and wardrobes
EuroRail Tekpanel is used for the internal partition walls, technical cabinets and wardrobes for the new EMU 21eV of Skoda Transportation. The lightweight sandwich panels together with handrail and glass deliver a high quality interior both durable and resistant
Metro Milano
EuroRail has been awarded the project to deliver the complete floor systems for Metro Milano. The panels used for the flooring are the EuroRail Tekpanel, and these will include various components in order to decrease the installation time for the customer.
The investment, part of ATM’s (Azienda Trasporti Milanesi) plan for a more sustainable and advanced transport network, will pay for 46 new trains.
- 46 quality trains
- Convoy 106.5m long, composed of 6 aluminum carriages with an uninterrupted view from the front to the end of the service.
- Will have a maximum speed of 90 km/h
Metro Roma
EuroRail has won the contract to deliver the complete flooring system for Metro Milano. We will use our EuroRail Tekpanels for the construction of the carriage floors. In order to decrease the installation time for Metro Milano, the floor panels that we manufacture will include various components as required by the customer.
The project consists of:
- 30 trains
- A convoy of 106.5m long, made up of six aluminium carriages. There will be an uninterrupted view from the front to the back of the train.
- A maximum speed of 90 km/h
